Definitions:

'client(s)', 'web site owner' - persons or organizations purchasing web and hosting services offered on YourParishPages provided by YourParish Ltd 

'third party' - persons or organizations offering services NOT provided by YourParish Ltd.

'web site content' - text and images

'subscription' - regular payment made by the client(s) to YourParish Ltd.

'server' - physical equipment used to provide a home for client(s) web site(s)

'domain host', 'host' - persons or organizations offering access to servers to maintain web site(s)

'domain name(s)' - also known as URL, is the name used by visitors to access your site

'renewal date'  - date at which an existing contract ends

'contract' - agreement between YourParish Ltd and client(s)

'data' - files and folders used to run and maintain Content Management System (CMS)

1. Free install and configuration service only applies to client(s) that are using hosting facilities provided by YourParish Ltd. Installations on a third party server are charged at £200, payable in advance.
2. Any .co.uk domain name(s) purchased by YourParish Ltd on behalf of YourParish Ltd's client(s) will be registered in the name of the client(s) and will be automatically renewed every two years. This cost of renewal is included within the quarterly subscription. YourParish Ltd cannot guarantee the availability of any name. There is an additional charge for other domain name suffixes which is available on request.
3. Domian name(s) may be transferred to another domain host at anytime. YourParish Ltd reserves the right to apply a transfer charge of £15 per .co.uk domain name(s). Once a domain name(s) has been transferred away from YourParish Ltd all DNS and/or Forwarding settings will be the responsibility of the client(s). There is an additional £15 charge for any other type of domain name(s).
4. If the subscription is cancelled then the client(s) web site will continue to be hosted until the renewal date. On the renewal date the web site will be deactivated (reactivation will incur a charge of £25). Seven days after the renewal date all data and web site content will be permanantly deleted.
5. Failed requests for payment of subscription will also be treated as cancelled and rule 4 will apply
6. Reinstating a cancelled subscription before the renewal date will incur a £10 charge to cover administration costs, unless done so by client(s) automatically via paypal.
7. Web site content is the property of the web site owner and will be provided, on request, in excel or sql format should the subsciption be cancelled. It is the responsibility of the web site owner to request this information before the client(s) web site is deleted.
8. The client(s) web site may be transferred to another host, at the cost of the client(s), a transfer charge of £50 will be incurred to provide the system files to another web master. If installation on a third party server is required then a further charge of £200 will also be levied.
9. Should the client(s) wish to transfer the data and content using another webmaster FTP access and MYSQL database access will be provided free of charge and a request must be made in writing. This is done at the client(s) own risk and YourParish Ltd cannot be help responsible for data or content loss.
10. The Content Management System (Joomla) used is covered by GNU/GPL license and at no time can the client(s) and/or YourParish Ltd sell the CMS programme as their own or imply as such.
11. Any bespoke charges applicable are payable in advance via paypal invoice. Subscriptions are only collected via Paypals subscription service and is free for the client(s). Registration with Paypal will be necessary to complete the subscription process.
12. YourParish Ltd will place a small link at the base of the client(s) web site, indicating that this is free software under the GNU/GPL License, with additional links to YourParishPages and YourParish.co.uk.
